Refund policy

Returns

You have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
To proceed:

  1. Complete the return form and print it.
  2. Send it together with the products to:

Return Conditions

  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • Its condition must be excellent, as received.
  • It must be accompanied by the retail receipt and all tags/labels.

Refund

Refunds are completed within 14 calendar days of receiving the products:

  • By bank deposit (if payment was made by cash on delivery or deposit).
  • By refund to your card or Paypal account (if payment was made by card or Paypal).

Note: Refunds after product exchange are not possible.

Exchanges

You can exchange the product in size, color or replace it with another product. The procedure is the same as for a return: fill out the form and send it to the company's address.

  • If the new product costs less, the difference is refunded.
  • If it costs more, the difference is paid via bank transfer.

Note: No changes can be made to a product that has already been changed once.

Shipping Returns

You may use any shipping company you wish. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the sender.
